Dispute a commission

If you believe a commission on your statement is incorrect or missing, follow these steps:

1. Download and complete the dispute form.
2. Include the reason code that best fits: NOT_MY_AOR, POLICY_ACTIVE_NOT_CANCELLED, WRONG_AMOUNT, WRONG_SUBSCRIBER, DUPLICATE_CHARGE, MISSING_COMMISSION, OTHER.
3. Email the completed form to our commissions team using the button below (opens a pre-addressed email — attach your form before sending).
